All FitSleeps orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental US.

Do you offer a sleep trial period?

Yes, we offer a 100-night risk-free sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after 30 nights of use, you can return it for a full refund.

Are your materials eco-friendly and safe?

Absolutely. All our foam is CertiPUR-US certified, meaning it is made without ozone depleters, heavy metals, or formaldehyde, ensuring a safe sleep environment for your home.

How is the mattress delivered to my home?

Our mattresses are compressed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in a compact box. Once it arrives, simply move it to your bedroom, unbox it, and it will expand to its full size within 24-48 hours.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

Every FitSleeps mattress comes with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues, such as indentations greater than one inch.
